The Edon Branch Library will be hosting a class on the different types of olive oil on Wednesday, October 16th at 6:00 pm. Olive Twist from Auburn, Indiana will be presenting, “Olive Oils 101” and will offer a tasting of a selection of olive oils. Olive oil has been proven to have amazing health benefits, including disease prevention and protection. However, we’ve all faced the overwhelming wall of olive oils at the store, and have each wondered, “Which olive oil will work best for me”? This class will help take the guesswork out of buying the perfect olive oil to fit your needs!
