A computer user must have a Williams County Public Library (WCPL) card in good standing or guest privileges, and read and agree to these Acceptable Use Procedures before using the computer.
WCPL public terminals will be used for educational, informational, and recreational purposes only; use for unauthorized, illegal or unethical purposes is prohibited.
WIRELESS ACCEPTIBLE USE
All users are expected to use the Williams County Public Library (WCPL) wireless access in a legal and responsible manner, consistent with the educational and informational purposes for which it is provided.

Ellison Die-Cut machines are available at the Main Library in Bryan in our Children's Department and at the Stryker Branch Library. Our machines and dies have been generously provided by our library friends groups.
Use of the Ellison Die-Cut machine is FREE to the public. You must provide your own supplies for cutting. The Ellison Die-Cut machine accepts most types of paper, including construction paper, photo paper, scrapbooking papers, some fabrics, and craft foam.
