The West Unity Branch Library will be starting a new women’s exercise program in 2022! “Fitness Fun” will be held weekly on Wednesdays, at 5:00 pm. Ladies are welcome to workout to a DVD on the library 55” TV screen, while having fun, and catching up with friends! This FREE adult program is for any fitness level, and usually lasts 45-50 minutes. Participants pick out which video they want to work out with each week. Please bring your own yoga mats, just in case they are needed. No registration is required to participate. Just come and have fun exercising at the library!
