The Edgerton Branch Library will begin their summer reading programs on June 5th and finish August 9th. “Adventure Begins at Your Library” and this year there will be stories, games, activities, music and special visitors all included in the summer fun, including themed programs and prizes! Kids, take part in a Summer Reading Challenge! Stop in anytime during open hours June 5th-July 31st to pick up a "Summer Reading Tracker: Adventure at Your Library" for Pre-Readers (Age 0-Pre-K) and K-12th Graders. Fun prizes awarded to participants who attend Edgerton library programs, complete summer challenges, and of course READ!!! A "Mystery Grand Prize" will also be awarded by a drawing that will take place after August 9th:

Summer Reading Program: Get Ready for Adventure, June 12th, 2:00PM
Join us as we start our adventure by reading “The Highest Mountain of Books in the World” by Rocio Bonilla, & build our own mountain out of books! Kids will gear up by receiving a safari hat, adventurer vest & bag that they can decorate while enjoying a snack. Register.
LEGO Building Time: Brick Ballot Edition, June 12th & 19th, 3:00PM
Get creative & competitive! Make themed LEGO builds, & put one of your creations on display for a week, where library patrons will vote for their favorite build. Winners of each division (kids, teen, adult) of each “Brick Ballot” will get a picture of their build put into the LEGO Hall of Fame book! Open to all ages.

Summer Fun Day at Miller Park Pavilion, June 21st, 12:00PM –4:00PM
Visit with Outreach Manager Loni Smith; play yard games, listen to music and story time. Ride in Furry Oversized Animal Karts from Four of a Kind Entertainment from 12pm to 3pm. There will be a free book giveaway and free bottled water while supplies last.

Join us as we take to the skies while reading “And Away We Go” by Migy, play a “Hot Air” edition of “What Time Is It, Mr. Fox?” decorate 3D hot air balloon lanterns, and enjoy an adventurer snack. Register.
