Williams County Public Library now offering "Click and Collect" Curbside Hold Pickup
The Williams County Public Library is happy to announce a new, more streamlined system, for curbside hold pickup. The library will now use the Click and Collect feature, available through the SEO Libraries App, for curbside hold pickups. Click & Collect is a safe and convenient way for patrons to pick up “on-hold” items from WCPL, without having to book a curbside appointment in advance.
Using Click and Collect for curbside hold pickup is simple. First, place holds on items using our online catalog at mywcpl.org. Once you receive notification that your holds are ready, simply use the Click and Collect feature, through the SEO Libraries App, to begin the pickup process. Follow the app prompts to fill out helpful identifying information for curbside pickup, such as vehicle make and model. Then, click “I’m On My Way” when heading to your local WCPL branch. Once at the library, park in the designated curbside parking space. Tap the “I’m Here” option, in the app, to let a staff member know you have arrived, and your items can be delivered to you. If you need further assistance, a chat feature is also available to communicate with library staff.
The SEO Libraries App is FREE to use and is available for Apple and Android devices. Click and Collect Curbside Hold Pickup is offered at all Williams County Public Library locations in Bryan, Edgerton, Edon, Pioneer, Stryker, and West Unity, during open hours. To learn more, contact your local WCPL branch at 833-633-7323.
