Photo Release & Permission
PHOTO RELEASE & PERMISSION
Board Policy:
The Williams County Public Library will request permission to publish images and or video of patrons for public relations, marketing, or educational use.
Administrative Procedure:
If utilizing images of patrons for marketing or public relations, individuals should be asked to fill out the library’s Photo Release Form.

WCPL Libraries provide many fun and educational activities for your child. From story times to special craft activities and programs the library has a lot to offer, not to mention our large selection of books, videos, and audio materials.

Notary Public Service
Notary Services are provided by appointment only, which can be scheduled for Mondays through Thursdays, at the Local History Center. Call 833-633-7323 x 272 to set up an appointment, or book online at https://mywcpl.libcal.com/appointments/Notary
Board Policy:
The Williams County Public Library provides free Notary Public services for the benefit of the residents of our community. The Library does not provide this service for automobile titles.
Bankruptcy of Patron
Board Policy:
Fines and fees on patron accounts will be adjusted upon receipt of a bankruptcy court discharge document, and a “proof of claim” will be filed with the bankruptcy court.
Fines and fees incurred after the period of time covered by the bankruptcy proceedings are not covered by the discharge document and will remain on the patron’s account.

Exhibit spaces are for exhibition of paintings, photography, and other art works with the intent to provide educational and cultural enrichment and to provide a space for viewing art of interest to the community.
