The Williams County Public Library provides free Notary Public services for the benefit of the residents of our community. The Library does not provide this service for automobile titles.

Fines and fees on patron accounts will be adjusted upon receipt of a bankruptcy court discharge document, and a “proof of claim” will be filed with the bankruptcy court.
Fines and fees incurred after the period of time covered by the bankruptcy proceedings are not covered by the discharge document and will remain on the patron’s account.

Exhibit spaces are for exhibition of paintings, photography, and other art works with the intent to provide educational and cultural enrichment and to provide a space for viewing art of interest to the community.

The Library Board of Trustees encourages all members of the community to use the Library with respect. We hope that patrons of all ages perceive the Library as a warm, inviting, and fun place to be. In order to ensure that all Library patrons are able to utilize the Library without unnecessary distractions, each Library patron must behave in an appropriate manner respecting the rights of all users of the Library.
Make sure to utilize the new "Library of Things" service at WCPL! Located on the 2nd Floor of the Bryan Main Library, this service allows WCPL patrons to checkout non-traditional items and equipment such as cake pans, cookie cutters, instruments, sensory kits, yard games, and more. New items are routinely being added to the Library of Things.
